When will I get my order?

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.  Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!  Once your order is dispatched, depending on region, estimated delivery time is between 3-6 business days.  Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Please note for our custom made items- such as our double name ring , name bracelet and name necklace we require 30-45 days to make these items as they are imported.

Is the jewelry Non-Tarnish?

Yes , most of our items are made of stainless steel and will not lose colour. With proper care it can last up to 2-3 years.

Although stainless steel jewelry doesn’t tarnish or corrode and doesn’t require special care, it can scratch.

That’s why you should wear and store your pieces in a way that minimizes any contact with other items that can damage your stainless steel jewelry.

If your jewelry does get scratched, you can always have it professionally polished by a jeweler.

Store your stainless steel pieces separately from jewelry made of other metals. It is best if you keep your stainless steel items in individual bags or pouches.
